Comprehensive Assessment

Our comprehensive assessment involves listening to your story, performing a thorough evaluation of your issue, and creating a clear pathway to recovery.

Medical Services

About This service

Our musculoskeletal assessment begins with listening to your story. We want to understand your concerns, how they impact your daily life, and what goals you have for recovery and performance. Through a detailed discussion about your symptoms, medical history, risk factors, and aspirations, we gain a clearer picture of your needs.

Following this conversation, a physical examination will help us assess your condition and guide our diagnosis. When necessary for the diagnostic or recovery process, we may recommend further investigations, such as blood tests or medical imaging. We strive to establish a clear diagnosis and will take the time to explain it thoroughly. From there, we will create a personalised treatment plan designed to help you return to activity safely and efficiently. This will include exercise, and in some cases medications or joint injections.

To make your recovery seamless, we provide your programme in multiple formats—verbal guidance, written instructions, and video demonstrations—allowing you to follow it easily from the comfort of your home. For many musculoskeletal conditions, such as hip or knee osteoarthritis, diligent rehabilitation is often a more effective and less invasive option than surgery. Additionally, we will provide guidance on how to prevent future recurrence and maintain an active, healthy lifestyle.
